eg. Office Desk Phone, mobile phone and message bank (eM Box). The
call will ring at your office desk first, then if not answered after
a designated time, a voice will say " they are not available, let me
put you through to the mobile phone ...[connect], if not
answered after designated time, "sorry, seems to be in a meeting,
please leave a messages I will let them know that you called" The
callers will leave heir details in the eM Box and voice message will
be emailed to you
